After travelling to the appointment/viewing we were advised that they had taken a booking for the date we specified during the week.
Had they had the courtesy to tell us before allowing us to travel all the way there, spend the time looking at the venue, travel back, wasting our whole afternoon - the appointment could've been cancelled and the time could've been spent looking elsewhere at a venue that was knowingly available for the date we specified.
Extremely unimpressed and offended, especially after Hothorpe office confirming that they always keep the date available if it is specified prior to the viewing.
